Clients assume full responsibility for prohibited materials placed in dropboxes. If our drivers determine that such materials have been included, they will not be permitted to transport the load. The customer will be required to remove and dispose of the objectionable material. In cases where undetected contaminated waste reaches the recycling station, customers may be subject to surcharges, discontinuation of service, or other terms and conditions.

If you anticipate that your project will generate solid waste materials such as those described in the list above, you have the option of collecting the waste and transporting it yourself or arranging pickup service with Waste Connections (Clark County residents call 360-892-5370) or Waste Management (Vancouver city residents call 360-737-2425).

Although we encounter contamination problems with very few of our clients, it is essential that we rectify this situation so that we are in compliance with state regulations. Please call us at (360) 887-8034 if you have questions.
